St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – On Sunday, June 28, 2026, at approximately 9:25 p.m, the Virgin Islands Criminal Investigation Bureau responded to a report of a gunshot victim in Hospital Ground.
Upon arrival, officers made contact with a male victim who had sustained a gunshot wound to the right shoulder. The victim declined to provide any information regarding the circumstances surrounding the incident.
