
St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands — On June 2, 2026, at about 1:38 pm., a female victim reported to police that she was sexually assaulted by Neil Durrant in the McDonald’s restaurant in Estate La Reine. The case was assigned to a member of the Criminal Investigation Bureau for investigation, which disclosed Durrant was the individual who assaulted the victim.
On June 3, 2026, contact was made with Neil Durrant, 48, who was transported to the Wilbur H. Francis Command Police Station where he was advised of his Miranda Rights. Durrant was placed under arrest, booked and unable to post bail. He was charged with Unlawful Sexual Contact First Degree and Simple Assault and Battery. His bail was set at $35,000.00. He was subsequently transported to the John Bell Correctional Facility pending his Advice of Rights Hearing.
