St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands – On June 23, 2026, at about 1:47 a.m., the 911 Emergency Call Center received a report of a disturbance in the Hospital Ground residential area.
Responding officers, made contact with the complainant, who stated that Zyann Calixte, forcefully entered his residence and assaulted him.
A member of the Criminal Investigation Bureau was assigned to investigate this matter. Investigation disclosed that Calixte assaulted the victim while assisted by a co-conspirator.
An arrest warrant was signed on July 2, 2026, by an Honorable Judge of the Superior Court for Calixte’s arrest and bail was set at $75,000.00.
Thereafter, on July 6, 2026, members of the Criminal Investigation Bureau executed the arrest warrant on Zyann Calixte. She was advised of her Miranda Rights, booked and unable to post the bail. Calixte, 26 was then remanded to the John Bell Adult Correctional Facility pending her Advice of Rights hearing.
