St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – On Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 1:43 p.m., police were dispatched to Paul M. Pearson Gardens in reference to a domestic disturbance. The disturbance escalated into a physical altercation in which a female reported she and a family member were assaulted by Winston Jarvis.
On Friday, May 22, 2026, Jarvis appeared at the Domestic Violence/Special Victims Unit, where he was advised of his Constitutional Rights. Winston Jarvis, 49, was subsequently placed under arrest, booked, processed, and turned over to the Bureau of Corrections pending Advice of Rights Hearing. He faces charges for Simple Assault, DV, Disturbance of the Peace (D.V.) 2 counts and Reckless Endangerment.
