
St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands — Members of the Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB) and Special Operations Bureau (SOB) arrested 34-year-old Abdul Pemberton for Robbery First, Carrying of firearms Openly or concealed and other related firearm charges.
On July 12, 2026, at around 3:00 a.m., a male arrived at the Ancilmo Marshall Command Police Station to report a robbery that occurred at Altona Lagoon in Christiansted.
An investigation conducted by a CIB detective revealed that Abdul Pemberton was a suspect in this incident.
A Superior Court Judge signed arrest and search warrants for Abdul Pemberton.
CIB and SOB executed the search and arrest warrants on October 6, 2026, at Pemberton’s residence. During the search, ammunition was discovered and Pemberton was also charged for Possession of Ammunition.
His bail was set at $75,000.00. Pemberton was booked and transported to the John Bell Adult Correction Facility pending his Advice of Rights Hearing.
