St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – The Virgin Islands Police Department has arrested 23-year-old Hunter Jackson on several charges, including second-degree burglary, unlawful entry, trespassing, indecent exposure, obscene and indecent conduct and other related offenses.
This arrest follows an incident that occurred on August 19, 2026, when residents at Magens Bay Junction reported a male, later identified as Jackson, walking completely nude in the main building of the complex. Surveillance footage captured the individual engaging in inappropriate conduct.
Further investigation revealed that Jackson unlawfully entered a residence while nude and rummaged through personal belongings. He was subsequently spotted at Lindbergh Bay Hotel, again in the nude, engaging in lewd behavior outside a vehicle occupied by a woman.
Additionally, Jackson was seen at Bolongo Bay Beach Resort attempting to tamper with guest locks and was later observed on camera peering through a guest’s window while engaged in inappropriate conduct.
The Criminal Investigation Bureau successfully identified Jackson as the suspect, leading to the issuance of a wanted poster. He later surrendered to law enforcement authorities. His bail was set at $50,000.00.
