St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands — On June 6, 2026, at about 6:32 a.m., the 911 Emergency Call Center received a report of a domestic disturbance in progress at the Candido Guadelupe housing apartments.
Responding patrol and investigative units, made contact with the parties. Information was disclosed that Donna Emmanuel forced her way into the victim’s apartment, created a disturbance, armed herself with knives and attempted to assault the victim with the knives.
Donna Emmanuel,36, was escorted to the Wilbur H. Francis Command Police Station. She was advised of her Miranda Rights, placed under arrest, and booked. She faces charges of Burglary First Degree DV, Assault Third, Possession of a dangerous weapon during the commission of a crime of violence, Destruction to property DV. No bail was until she is seen by a judge. Emmanuel was subsequently transported to the John Bell Correctional Facility pending her Advice of Rights Hearing on Monday, June 8, 2026, at the Superior Court.
