St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands – As the Virgin Islands Police Department continues its investigation into vehicle thefts and burglaries, current data indicate that Hyundai and Kia vehicles are being targeted most frequently. Owners of these vehicles are urged to remain vigilant and to take additional precautions, such as using a steering wheel lock or ensuring their vehicles are equipped with an alarm system.
