St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands – On Thursday, January 15, 2026, Myron Fox was present at his estranged wife’s place of employment and made repeated threats to shoot her and her employer. At the time of the offense, Fox was previously served with a Restraining Order from the Superior Court of the U.S. Virgin Islands which prohibits him from having any direct or indirect contact with his estranged wife and from also coming within 200 feet of her.
Myron Fox, age 45, was located at his residence on Friday, January 30, 2026, by Officers of the Special Operations Bureau and placed under arrest Contempt Constituting the Crime of Domestic Violence along with Disturbance of the Peace, DV. No bail was set for Myron Fox, and he was remanded to the John. A. Bell Adult Correctional Facility pending his Advise of Rights Hearing.
