St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands – The Virgin Islands Police Department highly recommends to persons attending the Rise and Wine Event on December 31, 2025, at the Prosperity Farm and Distillery to utilize Concordia Road and La Grange Road to get to the event. This route can also be used to leave the event unless going to the Festival Village, to avoid the possible traffic congestion from the public attending the festival village. Motorist who chose to travel south pass the La Grange Road intersection towards the festival village, will be rerouted through the Festival Village parking lot area and out onto Prince Street. Absolutely NO southbound traffic will be allowed pass the bridge near the Festival Village.
