St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands — On Saturday, October 31, 2026, at about 4:51 p.m. Officers were dispatched to the Westin Resort in reference to an assault.
Upon arrival the officers made contact with the victim who reported that John Hall assaulted her and placed his arm on top of her neck restricting her ability to breathe.
Officers also made contact with 33-year-old John Hall, who was advised of his Constitutional Rights. Hall was placed under arrest and transported to Richard N. Callwood Command, where he was booked. Hall refused to be processed.
Hall was charged with Assault Third DV and Assault Second DV. No bail was set in this matter due to the Domestic Violence Statue. Hall was then turned over to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advice of rights hearing.
