Detectives Arrest 32-year-old Man Involved in Domestic Fight that Caused Injury to Minor

ERRON WALLACE

St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands – On November 4, 2025, at around 9:44 a.m., the 911 Emergency Call Center received a call from a male that stated his 14-year-old son called him about his mother and her boyfriend (Erron Wallace) fighting. Patrol officers were dispatched to Harborview Apartments, where they made contact with the father of the 14-year-old, who informed the officers that his son told him that Erron Wallace had strangled him.

A detective from the Criminal Investigation Bureau was assigned to investigate the incident. Contact was made with the 14-year-old victim and the investigation revealed that the victim had tried to intervene when his mother and Wallace were fighting, however, Wallace grabbed him and held him down on the floor by his neck, which resulted in visible injuries to the victim’s neck.

Erron Wallace was placed under arrest and transported to the Wilbur H. Francis Command Police Station where he provided a statement. He admitted that the victim had tried to get between him and the victim’s mother during an altercation, however he denied strangling the victim. Erron Wallace, 32, was placed under arrest for Assault Second DV and Child Abuse. He was booked, no bail was set in this matter, and he was transported to the John Bell Correctional Facility pending his Advice of Rights Hearing at the Superior Court.
