St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands – On October 26, 2025, at approximately 12:36 a.m., Mr.
Lumoses Donawald was arrested by the Patrol Bureau pursuant to an arrest warrant issued on
October 7, 2025. Donawald was apprehended and transported to Ancilmo Marshall
Command where he was arrested for Trespass, Damaging or tampering with a vehicle and
Petit Larceny. Lumoses Donawald, age 33, was transported and booked at Wilbur H. Francis
Police Station. His bail was set at $1,000 and was remanded to the John A. Bell Adult
Correctional Facility pending an Advice of Rights hearing.
