St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands – On Monday, September 29, 2025, at about 8:30 p.m., Patrol Officers were dispatched to a residence in Christiansted to investigate a domestic incident.
Upon the officers’ arrival at the scene, they met with an adult male victim who stated that Amono Ysidore, stabbed him in his right forearm after a verbal altercation turned physical. The victim stated that the fight was about a cell phone charger that the suspect could not find.
The suspect admitted to assaulting the victim and was read his Miranda Warnings and arrested for Assault Third (DV).
Amono Ysidore, 44, was transported to the John A. Bell Adult Correctional Facility, pending his Advice of Rights Court Hearing.
