St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands – On Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at approximately 7:45 p.m., the Patrol Bureau Officers responded to a domestic call.
Responding Officers contacted the complainant who advised them that Alli Parris had assaulted them with a broom stick, broke items in the home and damaged their vehicle. The Officers observed the damage to the items in the home and the complainant’s vehicle. Mr. Alli Parris, age unknown, was then placed under arrest after he refused to give a statement.
Parris was booked at the Wilbur H. Francis Command Police Station and remanded to the John A. Bell Adult Correctional Facility pending his Advice of Rights Hearing. He was charged with Assault Third Degree- DV.
