St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands – On Friday, April 4, 2025, between 4:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., members of the Special Operations Bureau, the Marine Unit and Intelligence Unit conducted a surveillance operation in the area of Cruz Bay, Saint John and surrounding areas for individuals selling illegal narcotics.
The individuals identified during the surveillance operation who were apprehended were Mr. Jah’Wada Jones (33), charged with Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm, bail was set at $75,000.00. Mr. Alvin Grant (30) and Mr. Jarius Penn (25) were both charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute, bail was set at $7,500.00 for each.
