
St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands – On March 19, 2025, at approximately 12:48 p.m., the 911 Emergency Call Center received a report of an assault in progress in the Frederiksted Town near the Lutheran Social Services.
Responding Detectives made contact with witnesses who directed them to the victim who was bleeding from the head. The witnesses and victim explained to Detectives that Mr. Glen Miller observed the victim walking on the side of the road and Miller walked up to the victim and pushed him to the ground. It was also disclosed that when the victim attempted to get up, Mr. Miller struck him over the head with a stick causing an injury to his head. The victim was taken to the Juan F. Luis Hospital by ambulance for medical treatment.
The Detectives made contact with 64-year-old Glen Miller who admitted to pushing the victim. He was advised of his Miranda Rights, booked and transported to the John Bell Correctional Facility pending his advice of rights hearing. Mr. Miller’s bail was set at $25,000.00 as per chart.
