VIPD Continues Search for Missing Person Victor George

St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – On Saturday, July 12, 2025, Victor A. George was reported missing by a relative. The Major Crimes Unit was notified and detectives met with Mr. George’s family member to obtain background information on Mr. George. A missing person poster was disseminated via social media and Detectives conducted searches in the areas of the Edward Blyden Terminal (Tortola Wharf), Crown Bay, Hospital Ground, Tutu Park Mall, and other areas where Mr. George is known to frequent.

Detectives also made contact with staff at Schneider Regional Medical Center, Bureau of Corrections and Customs & Border Patrol in an effort to locate Mr. George. A VIPD Drone Operator traveled to Hospital Ground and conducted a drone search around Mr. George’s residence and the surrounding areas.

Mr. Victor George is a 64-year-old, black male with short gray hair with a bald spot, who weighs approximately 150 pounds and is about 5’11” in height. He was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue long pants.

Mr. Victor George was last seen on or about July 4, 2025, in the area of 245 Hospital Ground and he has not been seen or heard from since then. Mr. George is known to frequent the Hospital Ground, Veterans Drive and Tortola Wharf.

The Virgin Islands Police Department urges anyone who have seen or know the whereabouts of Mr. Victor George to please notify 911, or the Major Crime Units of the Criminal Investigation Bureau at 340-774-2211 ext. 5554, 5555 or 5556.
