St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands – The Virgin Islands Police Department will enforce some traffic restrictions during the Christiansted Retail and Restaurant Association (CRRA) Black Friday Jump Up Edition on Friday, November 28, 2025. The following traffic restrictions will be imposed.
NO PARKING on King Street from the intersection of King and King Cross Street (Florence Williams Library) to the intersection of King Street and Church Street (King Christian Hotel).
NO PARKING on Company Street from the intersection of Company Street and Church Street (Sonia’s Jewelry) to the intersection of Company Street and Queen Cross Street (Hamilton’s Restaurant). Also, NO PARKING directly in front of Hamilton’s Restaurant, this area is reserved for vendors.
NO PARKING on Queen Cross Street from the corner of Company Street and Queen Cross Street (Riddims) to the Caravelle Casino.
NO westbound traffic will be allowed onto Company Street off of Hospital Street. All westbound traffic will be rerouted onto Queen Street around Christiansted town.
NO eastbound traffic will be allowed on King Street pass the Florence Williams Library from 4:00 p.m. to allow vendors to set up safely. All eastbound traffic will be rerouted onto King Cross Street.
Any vehicles parked in the restricted areas will be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense.
