
St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands – On January 2, 2026, at approximately 12:39 a.m., the 911 Emergency Call Center received a telephone call from a female victim who reported that she was assaulted by Mr. Clemente Cintron III and other members of his family.
Investigation into this matter revealed that Cintron III assaulted the victim causing visible injuries. On January 7, 2026, members of the Criminal Investigation Bureau made contact with 30-year-old Clemente Cintron III. He was transported to the Wilbur H. Francis Command Police Station where he was advised of his Miranda Rights. He was then placed under arrest for Simple Assault & Battery, Disturbance of the peace by fighting and Destruction to property, all acts of Domestic Violence. Cintron III was booked and transported to the John A. Bell Correctional Facility pending his Advice of Rights Hearing.
