Surveillance footage was obtained of the incident that shows the occurrences. Yahya Daniel, 46, was advised of his Miranda Rights and placed under arrest for Assault in the First Degree. He was booked and his bail was set at $100,000.00. He then secured his release with the clearance of the Honorable Judge of the Superior Court. Mr. Daniel was ordered to post $200.00 of the bail, relinquish all firearms, and to reside with a third-party custodian under house arrest pending his Advice of Rights Hearing set for December 26, 2025, at the Superior Court.
