St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands – On August 20,2025, at approximately 2:12 p.m., an adult female was present at the Ancilmo Marshall Command Police Station and reported that she was assaulted by an acquaintance, leaving visible injuries to her body.
Detectives of the Criminal Investigation Bureau were assigned to investigate. Based on statement and evidence obtained, Mr. Erron Wallace, 32, was arrested. He was charged with Assault in the second degree and Assault in the third degree. Wallace was advised of his Miranda Rights, booked and no bail was set as per the Domestic Violence Law, he was transported to the John Bell Golden Grove Adult Correctional Facility, where he was remanded pending his Advice of Rights Hearing.
