St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – On Saturday, November 30, 2025, at approximately 11:07 p.m., Officers were dispatched to Estate Tutu, in response to a report of an assault.
Responding Officers met with the victim who identified Max Cadet as the person who assaulted him at his place of work and struck him on the top of his head with a level, causing a large laceration to his head. 45-year-old, Max Cadet was arrested for assault third. He was taken to the Richard N. Callwood Police Central Command and processed. Cadet’s bail was set at $26,500.00 by order of the Court and he was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his Advice of Rights Hearing.
