Patrol Officers Arrest Female for a Stabbing Incident in Whim, Victim Treated for Injuries

St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands – On March 25, 2025, at approximately 2:34 a.m., units from the Patrol Bureau were dispatched to a stabbing incident at Estate Whim. Responding Officers contacted the victim, who stated that he was stabbed on the right and left side of his upper back by Angela Nelson. EMS was requested, arrived at the scene and provided medical treatment to the victim, who was subsequently transported to the Juan F. Luis Hospital for medical treatment.

Angela Nelson, 33, was subsequently arrested at her residence on March 25, 2025, and transported to the Wilbur H. Francis Command for booking. She faces charges of Assault in the third degree. Ms. Nelson was then remanded to the John A. Bell Correctional Facility, pending her Advice of Rights Hearing. Bail was set at $25,000.00.
