St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands – On August 1, 2026, at approximately 2:54 a.m., 47-year-old Kennedy Navarro was arrested by the Patrol Bureau officers and charged with Destruction of Property – Domestic Violence.
Navarro was arrested, after allegedly damaging the driver’s side window of a rented vehicle belonging to a female acquaintance. The female was seated inside the vehicle when Navarro reportedly punched the driver’s side window, causing it to shatter. As a result, the female sustained minor injuries to her left shoulder.
Kennedy Navarro was processed and transported to the John A. Bell Correctional Facility. Due to the Domestic Violence Statute, no bail was set pending his Advice of Rights hearing.
