St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – On Monday, May 18, 2026, during the early morning hours, patrol officers were dispatched to Patriot Manor following a report of an unconscious female.
Upon arrival, contact was made with an unconscious female bleeding from the face. She was transported via ambulance to the Roy Lester Schneider Hospital for treatment. Detectives from the Domestic Violence & Special Victims Unit later interviewed the victim regarding the matter.
D’Quan Rogers was identified as the individual who struck the victim in the face, causing her injuries.
On Monday, May 25, 2026, 32-year-old, D’Quan Rogers appeared at the Domestic Violence Unit regarding the allegations against him. He was placed under arrest, booked and turned over to the Bureau of Corrections pending his Advice of Rights Hearing. He faces charges of Simple Assault DV and Disturbance of the Peace.
