St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands – On October 22, 2025, at around 3:50 a.m., the Criminal
Investigation Bureau and Special Operations Bureau were present at Harbor View Apartments to
execute a search warrant on the residence of Mr. Victor Murray III, in reference to a burglary case.
As the search proceeded, two handguns, magazines of different calibers and multiple bags of
ammunition were recovered.
Victor Murray III was then transported to the Wilbur Francis Command Police Station. He was
advised of his rights and placed under arrest for Carrying a Firearm Openly or Concealed and
Possession of Ammunition. He was remanded to the John Bell Correctional Facility pending his
Advice of Rights Hearing set for October 23, 2025, at the Superior Court.
