
St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands – On August 20, 2025, Detectives from the Economic Crimes Unit initiated an investigation into Nigel Noelien. The investigation revealed that Nigel Noelien, being an employee of L.E.M. Enterprises LLC, stole windows that did not belong to him, causing the complainant a loss of $20,221.26.
On May 5, 2026, Nigel Noelien, 23, was present at the Wilbur H. Francis Command Police Operation Building, where he turned himself into the Detectives from the Virgin Islands Police Department Economic Crime Unit. He was served his Arrest Warrant and placed under arrest, without incident. Noelien was subsequently booked and charged with Grand Larceny and Embezzlement by Employee.
Bail was set at $35,000.00, with a posting of ten percent for the alleged crime. Noelien was booked, then posted bail in the amount of $3,500.00 and he was released, pending his Advice of Rights hearing.
