St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands – The 911 Emergency Call Center received a call at around 6:25 p.m. on Friday, November 14, 2025, from a citizen who reported finding an unresponsive female in a residence at South Grapetree, Christiansted. Officers were dispatched to the scene along with Emergency Medical Technicians who concluded that the female did not have any sign of life.
The deceased was identified by next of kin as 59-year-old Eva Ramon.
