St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands – On December 31, 2025, at approximately 9:30 a.m., Juan F. Luis personnel reported to the 911 Emergency Call Center, that a gunshot victim arrived at the Emergency Room via private vehicle. 911 also received radio transmission from Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel as well as several calls from citizens of multiple rounds fired at Hospital Street, Frederiksted.
During the preliminary investigation, the victim was uncooperative with detectives.
