St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – On Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at approximately 8:00 p.m., 19-year-old, Bruce Wheatley was apprehended for several crimes including unauthorized use of a vehicle, vehicle tampering and damage to property. These offenses were committed late in 2024 to the most recent report on May 9, 2025. Wheatley’s bail was set at $25,000.00.
