St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – The Virgin Islands Police Department’s (VIPD) Criminal Investigation Bureau has made an arrest in connection with a shooting incident that occurred on September 15, 2026, in Oswald Harris Court.
21-year-old Tony Isaac was identified as the person who discharged a firearm at a male victim. Isaac has been charged with Attempted Murder and Assault First, Assault Third, Illegal discharge of firearm, Possession of ammunition, and Reckless endangerment following the incident. His bail was set at $100,000.00.
The VIPD is urging anyone who may possess additional information regarding this incident to come forward.
