


St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands – The Virgin Islands Police Department is advising the community that three suspects have been arrested in connection with separate burglary investigations on St. Croix.
On July 17, 2026, 34-year-old Orsel Edney was arrested and charged with Third-Degree Burglary in connection with a burglary that occurred on June 24, 2026, at Ambiance Lounge.
On July 30, 2026, 58-year-old David Jakubens was arrested and charged with Third-Degree Burglary for breaking into WMJR Service Station and removing items from the business.
On July 31, 2026, 21-year-old Deshawn Henley was arrested and charged with Third-Degree Burglary in connection with burglaries at Cheeseburger in Paradise.
Bail was set and all three suspects were remanded to the John A. Bell Correctional Facility.
The Virgin Islands Police Department thanks the community for its continued support and assistance in helping to identify and apprehend individuals responsible for these burglaries.
