St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – On Wednesday, July 8, 2026, members of the Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB) responded to a reported assault at CC1 Distributor in the area of Bovoni.
Upon their arrival, they learned that two employees had been involved in a physical altercation. The victim sustained an injury and was transported to Roy Lester Schneider Hospital for medical treatment. The suspect, Shaquani Milliner, had fled the scene before officers arrived.
Milliner, 27, turned himself in to the Criminal Investigation Bureau, where he was arrested and charged with Assault Third. His bail was set at $25,000.00.
