St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands — The Criminal Investigation Bureau on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, is investigating a Burglary in the First Degree that took place near the Purple Shop in Bovoni on Friday, June 5, 2026, at about 6:09 a.m. According to the victim, he was leaving his residence when multiple masked individuals with firearms forcibly entered his residence causing injury and taking money and jewelry before fleeing the area on foot.
The police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has any information regarding the suspects to come forward.
