Green Isn’t a Go Light: Drive Smart This St. Patrick’s Day 🍀

Virgin Islands – The Virgin Islands Police Department and Office of Highway Safety (VIPD/OHS) remind drivers that impaired, distracted, or drowsy driving is no way to test your luck on the road. When it comes to road safety, smart choices beat good fortune every time.

Buzzed Driving Is Drunk Driving. Texting can wait. Alcohol, drugs, phones, and fatigue don’t mix with driving, and crashes don’t take a holiday. These behaviors slow reactions, cloud judgment, and put everyone sharing the road in danger.

Before the green beer flows, make a plan: Choose a sober driver, grab a ride, or stay put for the night. Friends Don’t Let Friends Drive Impaired!

This St. Patrick’s Day, keep your luck intact.

Arrive Alive, Stay Focused, and Don’t Push Your Luck on The Road.
