St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – On Saturday, November 29, 2025, at approximately 8:50 p.m., Police Officers were dispatched to the area of Coki Point, in response to a report of an assault and damage to property call for service. Upon the Officers’ arrival, they encountered the complainant who identified Kadeem Roumo as the person who damaged the back glass of her vehicle.
Kadeem Roumo, age 35, was arrested for destruction of property, taken to the Richard N. Callwood Police Central Command and processed. No bail was set due to the Domestic Violence statue. Roumo was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending the Advice of Rights Hearing.
