
St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – On Friday, November 14, 2025, at about 12:13 p.m., officers were dispatched to a residence, in reference to a male being assaulted by his brother. Responding officers were informed by the victim that while he was laying down on his bed, T’Juannie Harrigan came into his room and began striking him multiple times to his face with a closed fist. The victim then stated that a struggle ensued and Harrigan began to strangle him. The victim further stated that once Harrigan released him, he ran out of the room and called for help. The victim sustained visible injury to his face.
The officers also made contact with 20-year-old, T’Juannie Harrigan and he was placed under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree DV, Simple Assault DV, and Disturbance of the Peace DV. Harrigan was transported to the Richard Callwood Command, booked, processed and turned over to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advice of rights hearing. No bail was set based on the Domestic Violence Laws of the Virgin Islands.
