St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – On July 19, 2025, at approximately 4:16 p.m., the 911 Emergency Call Center was notified that two male gunshot victims arrived at Schneider Regional Medical Center via private vehicle. Both victims sustained at least one gunshot wound to their body. Shortly thereafter, 911 was notified that there were shots fired in the vicinity of Store Tvaer Gade, in the area of Bliss Night Club.
On November 4, 2025, the Criminal Investigation Bureau obtained an Arrest Warrant for Shamall Fleming for Assault in the First Degree. On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, the Arrest Warrant was executed by members of the Virgin Islands Police Department. Shamall Fleming, age 34, was taken into custody advised of his rights and placed under arrest pending his Advice of Rights hearing.
