St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – On Monday, November 10, 2025, the deceased gun shot victim was identified as 55-year-old Randy L. Williams.
On Thursday, November 6, 2025, at approximately 12:15 a.m., the Shot Spotter Detection System detected multiple shots fired in the area of Contant. Shortly thereafter, a concerned citizen called and stated that there was a male in the roadway bleeding from his upper body. Patrol units traveled to the area and discovered an unresponsive male, who sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his body. Emergency Medical Technicians, who were present, concluded that the male did not have any vital signs.
