
St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at about 10:40 p.m., Patrol Officers were dispatched to an assault incident. Responding Officers met with the victim who informed them that while she was in her vehicle outside her home, Mark Turbe drove up to her vehicle causing a disturbance. She stated that he then attempted to pull her out of the vehicle and while struggling with Turbe, she suffered scratched to her face. The victim stated that Turbe damaged her windshield wipers and windshield. He also kicked her driver’s side door closed, which slammed onto the arm of their minor child.
Officers observed the damages to the victim’s vehicle windshield and scratches to her face. The ambulance was dispatched for the minor, who indicated pain to the right arm.
Mark Turbe, 39, was advised of his Constitutional Rights, placed under arrest and charged with Simple Assault DV, Destruction of Property DV, and Disturbance of the Peace DV. He was transported to the Richard Callwood Command where he was booked and processed. No bail was set due to the Domestic Violence Laws of the Virgin Islands. Turbe was turned over to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advice of rights hearing.
