St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands– The Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD) is seeking the
public’s assistance in identifying the person of interest depicted in the attached photograph.
This individual is wanted in connection with a violent incident that occurred in the Four
Winds Plaza area during the early morning hours of October 6, 2025.
The incident occurred shortly after 1:00 a.m., when multiple males were involved in a
shootout, resulting in significant damage to several vehicles in the vicinity. While no injuries
were reported, the VIPD recognizes the seriousness of this event and remains committed to
ensuring the safety and security of the community.
This case remains under active investigation, and detectives are working diligently to
identify and apprehend all individuals responsible for this reckless act of violence.
