St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – On June 1, 2025, the Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB) was notified by the 911 Emergency Call Center of an Assault Third incident that took place at Oswald Harris Court.
On arrival, the Criminal Investigation Bureau contacted the Patrol Officers, who explained that an adult male was struck with a metal pipe and sustained a laceration to the head when he was assaulted by a group of young males. The victim was unable to give a full account of what occurred. The VIPD is seeking assistance from anyone with information regarding this incident.
