St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – On Sunday, May 11, 2025, at approximately 8:05 a.m. a citizen reported to 911 Dispatch that there was a body floating in the area of the lagoon in the Red Hook area.
Responding officers, along with Rescue personnel traveled to the area and made contact with an unresponsive male floating in the lagoon. The male was checked for vitals, however, Rescue personnel concluded that he did not have any signs of life.
The deceased male has been identified by next of kin as 65-year-old, Mr. Lennox Todman. Cause of death is pending medical examiner’s report.
This case is currently being investigated by the Major Crimes Unit.
