Wanted Person Shaedaya Varlack Apprehended by Criminal Investigation Bureau

St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands – On February 25, 2025, the Criminal Investigation Bureau received notification by a concerned citizen on wanted person of interest, 27-year-old Shaedaya Varlack, regarding an Assault Third that occurred in the Estate Mariendahl area.

Upon receiving this information, the Criminal Investigation Bureau traveled to the Annas Retreat area to conduct an inspection and made contact with Ms. Varlack who was taken into custody and transported to the Alexander Farrelly Justice Complex, Criminal Investigation Bureau. Upon her arrival she was advised of her Constitutional Rights and after refusing to give any of her personal information or sign any documentation, she was placed under arrest and booked as a Jane Doe. She was charged with Assault Third, Burglary First, Petit Larceny, Unlawful Entry, Simple Assault, Destruction of Property, and Disturbance of the Peace. She was remanded to the Bureau of Correction. Her bail was set at $75,000.00.
