St. Thomas, USVI - On September 13, 2023, at approximately 7:29 p.m., VIPD Officers were dispatched to the Roy Lester Schneider Regional Medical Center Emergency Room in reference to a gun shot victim. Upon arrival, a twenty-nine (29) year old male explained that while riding his scooter in the Smith Bay area, he was shot several times to the back. He then further explained that he was transported to the Roy Lester Schneider Regional Medical Center Emergency Room via a private vehicle to seek medical attention due to his injuries.
