St. Croix, USVI – The Virgin Islands Police Department advises the community of the traffic restrictions on Saturday, August 5, 2023, in Christiansted, St. Croix, for the Victory Parade for the VI Women Basketball Team.

The line-up starts at 8:30 a.m. and the parade starts at 10:00 a.m. from WTJX (Channel 12 Building) to the Christiansted Fort.

The following parking restrictions will be enforced:

• NO Traffic will be allowed eastbound past the Richmond Post Office from 8:00 a.m.
• NO Parking along King Street from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
• NO Traffic will be allowed onto King Street from any of the connecting sides streets from 9:00 a.m.
• NO Traffic will be allowed onto King Street from Contentment Road and the Bypass from 9:00 a.m.
• NO Traffic will be allowed onto Hospital Street from East End Road from 9:00 a.m.
