St. Thomas, USVI - On Saturday, July 15, 2023, at approximately 1:47 p.m., officers from the Richard Callwood Command were dispatched to the area of Deli Bank Bar regarding an assault. Upon officers’ arrival, they met with a female who required medical attention due to the reported assault. The female was transported to the Schneider Regional Medical Center’s Emergency Department via EMS for medical care due to the serious injuries she sustained during the attack. The suspect in this matter was later identified as Jackoy Mulraine.

Jackoy Mulraine

On July 20, 2023, a Warrant of Arrest was obtained for the arrest of Mulraine, and he was taken into custody at the Special Operations Bureau without incident. 25-year-old Jackoy Mulraine was charged with Assault in the Third Degree, Mayhem, Unlawful Sexual Contact in the First Degree, Disturbance of the Peace (Fighting), and Simple Assault. His bail was set at $75,000.00.

This case is presently under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau.
