St. Thomas, USVI - On Saturday, June 16, 2023, at approximately 2:45 p.m., 911 Central Dispatch received a call concerning a possible robbery that occurred in the area of Wimmelskaft Gade, St. Thomas. The Richard Callwood Command Patrol Officers Unit were dispatched and conducted an inspection of the area. Upon doing so, they made contact with the victims who explained that a black male forcibly robbed them and pointed a gun at them then fled the area.
