Man Arrested at Airport for Probation Violation in Virginia

St. Thomas, USVI - On Monday, June 5, 2023, at approximately 11:20 a.m., detectives from the Criminal Investigation Bureau received information that there was a Fugitive from Justice being detained at the Cyril E. King Airport. Investigation revealed that one Claude Corey Marshall was being detained by officers from US Customs and Border Protection (CBP). CBP Officers stated that while Marshall was going through pre-boarding screening, their inspection revealed that Marshall, had an active warrant for his arrest for a Probation Violation with the underlying charges being Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute (2 Counts), Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and Possession of Stolen Property, out of Fairfax County, Virginia.

Mr. Claude Corey Marshall, 36-years-old was arrested, booked, and processed. No bail was set in this matter as per the request of the demanding jurisdiction. This case is presently under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau.
